2. Personal data we collect
Through the quote estimator and contact form we may collect the following data:
- Company name and contact name (optional).
- Email address.
- Phone number (optional).
- LinkedIn profile URL (optional).
- Country and sector information.
- Technical session data (IP address, browser language).
3. Purpose of processing and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases (art. 6 GDPR):

4. Retention period
Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for the legally required periods. Generated quotes are stored for a maximum of 2 years from their creation, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless an active contractual relationship justifies their retention. Client account data is retained while the account remains active and, after cancellation, for the applicable legal limitation periods (accounting, tax and civil liability).

Should any international transfer become necessary in the future, appropriate safeguards will be ensured in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision, or another legally admissible mechanism), and this policy will be updated accordingly.
